Early on, Casio developed a reputation for innovative solutions and advanced electronic devices, such as Japans first electro-mechanical calculator in 1954. In 1957 Casio became Casio Computer Co. Ltd.

By the 1980s, Casio budget electronic instruments and music keyboards gained huge popularity.

Today, the Casio Privia Series of digital pianos are some of the most popular includes the PX-110, PX-120, PX-200, PX-320, PX-700, and PX-800. All are 88-key full-sized hammer action portable piano keyboards available.
