DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY: 30 Day "No Hassle" Return Policy. 100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed. Ethnic Musical Instruments' return and exchange policy allow for products purchased directly from Ethnic Musical Instruments and shipped to locations in the United States to be returned or (exchanged, upon Ethnic Musical Instruments approval) by the buyer. Upon request of an Ethnic Musical Instruments return merchandise authorization number (RA#) during the 30 day period following the date of delivery receipt the buyer shall be eligible for a refund of item purchase price ONLY plus a 20% re-stocking fee - if applicable. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the item has been deemed damaged or defective. Buyer shall pay return shipping fees, including items with FREE SHIPPING, both ways, in the case of an exchange. Printed, recorded material, strings, and PROP items or items sold "AS-IS" are non-returnable items. NO refund on any CD, DVD, string sets or software that has been opened or downloaded. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Customer Service within 3 business days. Damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise will receive a full item and shipping refund upon approved return. Ethnic Musical Instruments shall schedule the pick-up of damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) within 2 business days at NO COST to the buyer.
