| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. Ethnic Musical Instruments accepts purchase orders (POs) from established companies, educational institutions, and government entities. Purchase orders typically take 3-4 business days to process.
Please call Customer Service at 909-657-9045 and we can assist you in checking out of stock inventory of items for your order.
Please fax purchase orders to 909-297-3546 for approval. Place orders online by indicating the payment method of "purchase order" during the checkout process.
Orders over $500.00 may require payment of half of the order with credit card or check prior to order shipment.
When your order is shipped, we will send invoice for payment to the billing address. Payment is net/10 and is expected within 10 days of receiving your order.

All merchandise, except printed or recorded material, may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping & handling costs, if the customer requests a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within thirty (30) days of receipt of merchandise. There is a 15% re-stocking fee for all
returns,
this is because we pay a fee to process credit cards and Paypal and then
have to pay yet another fee to refund the money to your credit card or
Paypal account and our fee is to simply cover our costs.
Please contact Customer Service at 909-657-9045 10am-6pm PST (Mon-Fri.) or info@ethnicmusicalinstruments to request instructions on how to create a RMA#. If your call is received after hours please leave a detailed message including your name and order number (EMI-0000). Upon approval return material authorization instructions will be emailed within 2 business days.
For items with free shipping or shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping & handling, if applicable, to return the item. Actual cost of shipping & handling, if applicable, will be deducted from the purchase price total amount.
No returns are accepted after 30 days. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. Returns must be in new and unused condition. Items that are damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Customers are encouraged to insure returns for their protection. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials.
All claims for damage or defects must be made within three (3) business days of receipt of merchandise by calling (909) 657-9045 or sending an email to info@ethnicmusicalinstruments.com.
*Note: Please detune all string instruments. If the free floating bridge was laid flat when the instrument arrived, then it MUST be laid flat when returned. |

Process & Shipping Orders
Most orders will ship within the next two (2) business days or sooner, provided the product ordered is in stock. Casio, Hohner & Lanikai may ship within the next four (4) business days or sooner, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customer is responsible to input correct shipping address. Incorrect or incomplete address re-shipments will be charged $15 per order plus re-shipping charge. |
